Nanomaterials and Devices LLC has access to a wide class of CNC machines in the region and beyond, has an extensive network of partnerships, and is ready to sell products of any complexity from stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and molybdenum.

The list of metalworking centers to which there is constant access:

CNC Vertical Milling Machining Center VF-2 (Haas Automation) with rotary table HRT 210.

The Haas vertical milling machine is distinguished by its characteristics, which allow high-quality, high-purity metalworking of various materials. CNC installed on the equipment provides its high performance. The convenience of work is determined by the ability to view micro commands on liquid crystal screens, which are equipped with all models of vertical milling machines. The milling machining center Haas VF-2 is capable of performing a fairly wide range of various tasks: surface treatment, mold making, chamfering, etc. As for the possibilities of working with various materials, the Haas vertical milling machine can be used to process parts made of materials such as steel, titanium, aluminum, alloys.

EDM wire-cutting machine MV1200S Advance (Mitsubishi Electric).

The strength of CNC EDM machines is the ability to process non-standard materials that are difficult to process (hard alloy, PCD, cubic boron nitride, carbon metal, and many others). Basically, machines are used to meet the needs of industrial production - the manufacture of dies, tooling for molding plastics and metals; in the medical industry, watch and aerospace industries.

EDM start hole EDM (Advanced Machinery EDM).

Advanced Machinery EDM high-speed EDM drilling machines are designed for drilling deep holes of small diameter in various conductive materials, such as hardened steel, stainless steel, hard alloy, copper, aluminum, and others. Electroerosive drilling is carried out by a tubular electrode with rotation and pumping of the working fluid through the internal cavity. The machines allow you to make holes of small diameter from 0.15 mm to 6.0 mm, depth up to 300 mm (the depth depends on the diameter of the electrode), while significantly faster than traditional methods, as well as “drilling” where it is practically impossible to obtain holes mechanically. You can drill holes in inclined, spherical and curved surfaces. With their help, you can get accurate concentric holes, carry out processing at an angle, avoid deformations at the inlet and outlet, burn out broken taps, drills, and bolts. The capabilities of these machines are most fully revealed in the electronic and aerospace industries (flashing holes with a diameter of 0.15 mm or more in hard-to-work materials - hard alloys, hardened steel, etc.), as well as engine-building, tooling, jewelry, manufacturing medical equipment and many other areas. But first of all, these machines are used to drill start holes in the workpieces of parts with subsequent processing on EDM wire-cutting machines.
